Certainly! Booking additional cleaners is straightforward. You can request up to five cleaners in total by specifying the number needed when scheduling your appointment.

Yes, you can. 90% of our clients opt for weekly cleanings with the same cleaner. If you schedule recurring appointments, particularly weekly ones, it’s easier for us to assign you the same cleaner.

Note:
For recurring services (weekly), we suggest being present during the first appointment. This allows you to meet the professional, give them a tour of your home, and discuss your expectations.
For one-time cleaning services, please inform us of how our professional can access your home (e.g., leave the key under the mat, provide it to security, leave the door unlocked, etc.). You can also specify any special instructions when booking your appointment.

Yes. You will have the option to cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before the service starts. If you cancel or change your booking less than 48 hours in advance of the booking, then you might have to pay a late cancellation/modification fee os Aed 50. Full charges will apply if you dont notify us and we arrive at your location on the appointment date.
